Project Description

About the project

We began cooperation with the company "Green Elephant 7" in November 2022 with a comprehensive audit of the site: technical, usability and content analysis, as well as a study of key competitors. According to the results, the client received a detailed report with a list of identified shortcomings and recommendations for their elimination, a technical task for developers and content managers, and a ready-made semantic core of the site.

Since April 2023, we have begun providing the company with SEO promotion and contextual advertising services.

SEO promotion results

In the first three months of promotion, the site's organic traffic increased by 71%. The positions in the main directions were as follows:

  • Kyiv-Kharkiv: in the first 4 months of promotion, most queries were in the TOP-10, the most frequent query - in the TOP-3.
  • Kharkiv-Kyiv: in the first half of the year, almost all queries were in the TOP-10, the main and most frequent - in the TOP-3.
  • Kyiv-Poltava: in the first half of the year, most queries were in the TOP 2-3, some are already in the TOP-1.
  • Poltava-Kyiv: in the first half of the year, most queries were in the TOP 2-3.

 

 

Further data from Google Analytics for the period April–August 2023 confirms a steady positive trend: the Organic Search channel increased the number of events on the site every month and provided 60.89% of all events on the resource during this period (896,135 events), and the organic session engagement rate was 73.3%.

If we compare the organic traffic figures for June 2023 with April 2023, the dynamics are even more noticeable:

  • the number of events on the site from organic search increased by 32.79% (from 133,665 to 177,498);
  • the number of successful payments made by users from organic traffic increased by 70.42% (from 568 to 968);
  • the share of sessions with key events increased by 52.74% (from 37.95% to 57.97%).

 

Contextual advertising results

In the first months of working with contextual advertising, the following indicators were achieved: 65 thousand conversions, conversion value - 182 thousand hryvnias, average conversion cost - 3–10 hryvnias.

Google Ads data for the period April–August 2023 (after the suspension of campaigns) show the final effectiveness of contextual advertising on the project: 55.6 thousand conversions, conversion value - 133 thousand hryvnias, average conversion cost - 2.56 hryvnias, average price per click - 2.49 hryvnias.

 

Transition from advertising to SEO

One of the main results of cooperation was a gradual decrease in dependence on paid traffic.

Thanks to the steady growth of organic visibility and the number of bookings from search engines, the company was able to completely abandon contextual advertising and focus its marketing budget on the development of organic search.

Today, the main source of customer acquisition for the project is SEO traffic, and cooperation on website promotion continues.
